The Association of Voluntary Organisations in Wrexham (AVOW) run the Shopmobility Service in Wrexham and has been selected as one of the Co-op charity partners for the next six-nine months. The hope is it will generate £7 – 8 thousand pounds plus, towards new scooters and the refurbishment of their current fleet, in addition to added publicity and activity within the scheme. (more…)
Fife Shopmobility Glenrothes reached its 150,000 hire since opening just over 23 years ago. Mrs Janet Fraser received a £50 shopping voucher donated by Kingdom Shopping Centre to mark the occasion. Mrs Fraser has used the Fife shopmobility service on an almost daily basis for over 14 years!
